Lucky baby! What a fun room!
I don't know why the lines are all distorted, but I assure you the squares are square - not all wavy.
Now that the painting is done, the crib can be assembled. The crib skirt is made, I still need to make sheets, and the curtains. Baby's Grandma has made a really precious crib quilt . . . from there, we need to procure the dresser (baby's Grandpa is working on that as we speak and hopefully he's nearly done . . I NEED that dresser!) and get a glider rocker. I think that's it . . .

OMG I think I have some yarn that matches that green color exACTly... need a lap blanket? :D
See that's cool. A kid can grow into that. I'm very anti-nursery because people tend too goo-goo-gah-gah the decorating scheme only to have to re-do it when the kid outgrows the theme--not this though!
Thanks Bezzie! I tend to agree.
And Jesh, one can always use more blankets . . In my opinion, anyway.
That's awesome! Not that pastel stuff... babies see contrast before they see color, so it not only looks cool, but the baby will actually be able to see it.
So... any band posters planned for the room? Or are you waiting to see what kind of metal kiddo prefers? : )
Funny You should ask, Batty! We have a NIN rockabye baby cd (where they use mellow instruments like vibraphone to play songs like Closer), and a Misfits onsie for our little Sprout already.
No posters though.
